ALL SALES FROM 1st ALLIANCE COMMUNICATIONS ARE FINAL. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issue that may arise within the warranty period. NO returns will be accepted unless you have been shipped the wrong item. In the event that you have been shipped the wrong item by our warehouse you will be issued an RMA # that must be displayed on the box and returned to 1st Alliance within 14 days of dispute at our warehouse.
RMA # must be clearly displayed on outside of box to be accepted and merchandise shipped too:
