Warranty and Tech Support

Programming Help and Support is available over the internet or by phone. If you are a 1st Alliance Customer and within the warranty parameters below, Please email any technical questions that you have to Techsupport@1stalliancecom.com . If you are a non-customer or out of warranty customer please provide company information and contact information so we may get authorization via credit card to authorize the transaction and email your information to jenni@1stalliancecom.com .

Hours of Business: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm CST $25.00 for 15 minutes of Tech Time 1/2 Hour minimum. Please also indicate the time and telephone number in which you would like our technical team to call you. Payments are billed to your Visa/MasterCard/Amex or Discover Card.

 

On Site Technical Support:

For Chicago or Milwaukee Proper or 1 Hour from our location in Twin Lakes, WI: Trip Charge and Hourly rate are $125.00 per hour from our location for our normal business hours. We are located near Gurnee IL./Kenosha WI. on the border between IL and WI.. For Weekends or After Hours a $25.00 surcharge will be added for every hour worked not within our normal hours listed below.  Holidays is an additional $100.00 over and above our maximum rate for nights and weekends.

 

All other service Calls within the 1 hour limit are $95.00 per hour for labor and trip charge. As a benefit to the local business's in Twin Lakes our rate is $65.00 per hour for any service call in our town.

 

When you purchase equipment from 1st Alliance Communications, your purchase includes:

  • 1-year waranty on Telephone Systems equipment
  • advance replacement within a timely fashion for defective equipment
  • 24/7 technical support via telephone

Technical Support Options for equipment not purchased from 1stAlliancecom.com

  •  Remote Maintenance Agreements are available at a monthly cost. A Remote Access Device (RAD) is required for this contract. Call for a quote based on your specific phone equipment at (888) 766-7577
  • Remote Technical phone support for Norstar equipment is available at $25.00 per ¼ hour, with a ½ hour minimum order for telephone support. Tech support calls are not pro-rated. Call (888) 766-7577 
  • For Systems under 40 phones/single location you can purchase an Unlimited 1 year phone/email tech support agreement for $325.00 that renews annualy unless cancelled in writing, that covers any questions you may have through our toll free #, and the cost is just $1.00 per phone over and above 40. Note: This does not cover advanced networking, T1/PRI DID ROUTING, Mult-Site networked Locations, 3rd Party applications or VOIP Services.  

If we can't fix it, there's no charge.
